Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — $29 every month on the monthly plan, $243.60 every year on the annual plan. Cancel any time — access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Questions about billing

What exactly am I buying?
A subscription that unlocks every premium question and every solution on this site for as long as it is active.
When am I charged, and how often?
On the monthly plan you are charged $29 on the same date each month. On the annual plan you are charged $243.60 once, and again a year later. Both continue until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, in one click, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not require you to email us to cancel.
What happens if I switch plans?
You can move between monthly and annual at any time. Stripe prorates the change, so you are only charged the difference for the time remaining.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign-transaction fee.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Major international credit and debit cards, through Stripe. Recurring billing via Alipay and WeChat Pay is not currently supported by our processor; if you cannot use a card, email us before subscribing.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never touch our servers. We store only your email address, your subscription status, and a Stripe customer reference.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of your first payment, if you have viewed fewer than 10 premium solutions. Renewals are handled differently — see the refund policy.
Can I share my account?
No. A subscription is for one person. Solutions are watermarked with the viewing account, and shared or resold access is terminated without a refund.
Do you offer student pricing?
The annual plan already works out to $20.30 a month. If cost is a genuine barrier, email figolee2127@gmail.com and explain your situation.
